Vladimir Bojanović is an Attorney at Law and a Managing Partner of Bojanovic & Partners. He specializes in Corporate /M&A, Energy/Infrastructure, Banking and Finance and Competition/Antitrust practice areas within all industry sectors. During his career, Vladimir was a partner in leading commercial law firm. Also, he acted as an International Economic Relations Advisor to the Secretary of State in the Serbian Government. Vladimir has more than 15 years of professional experience and he was a team leader in many transactions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising international clients in deals in total value in excess of EUR 10 billion. Vladimir holds degrees from both the University of Belgrade and the University of Cambridge. He is fluent in English and Serbian.
