Attorney-at-Law
We are looking for a motivated person with exceptional communication, research, and leadership skills and prior experience in the areas of Corporate / M&A, Banking and Finance, Real Estate and/or Commercial Law to join our team.
THE CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
-Bachelor of Laws and bar exam passed;
-Prior work experience in some of Legal 500 / Chambers and Partners listed commercial law firms;
-With at least 2-3 years of post-bar exam practice;
-Expertise in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance (including foreign exchange framework), Commercial and Real Estate matters;
-Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English language;
-Capacity for independent work and positive attitude towards teamwork.
IT IS DESIRABLE FOR THE CANDIDATE TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
-Knowledge of another foreign language;
-International experience.
