Fraud alert

Fraudsters may sometimes falsely claim to be Lawyers or acting for BOPA through various channels, such as social media, the internet, or direct electronic communication like emails or text messages. These impersonators may misuse our name and logo, along with the names and titles of the Lawyers and other people, firms, networks, and organizations associated with us, to try to gather your personal, financial, or sensitive information.

Common examples of such fraudulent activity include but are not limited to, requests related to (i) unpaid or overdue invoices, (ii) financial settlements, (iii) tax obligations, (iv) offers to recover money, and (v) job opportunity offers. This list is not exhaustive.

BOPA and our Lawyers, along with its partners, are in no way involved in these fraudulent activities. Any use of the firm's name or that of its personnel by scammers is entirely unauthorized and represents a criminal violation.

Please remain vigilant against phishing scams. In addition to the examples above, potential indicators of such threats include emails from domains that do not end with “bopa.rs” and unsolicited direct communication via social media or messaging apps.

This decision serves to further distinguish our online presence from any commercial intent and to underscore the notion that this site exists solely to inform and present the legal assistance we may offer, subject to a client’s request. We do not, and have never, engaged in paid advertising. Any client testimonials featured on third-party platforms or referenced on this site reflect the personal opinions and decisions of individual clients, and are not the result of solicitation.
