Experience
Filip Blagojević is a Partner leading Sports department and one of the most prominent Sports lawyers in the region. He has successfully represented clients in over in over 100 cases before FIFA, CAS, BAT, FIVB, CEV, and UEFA, conducting proceedings in both English and Spanish. He has many years of experience in state court litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. He worked at Martens Rechtsanwälte in Munich, one of the top European law firms specializing in sports-related arbitration, where he focused on CAS and BAT proceedings. Filip also served as an arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration of the Football Association of Serbia and the National Dispute Resolution Chamber where he adjudicated over 100 cases. Additionally, he has acted as an arbitrator in commercial disputes. Currently, Filip is an arbitrator for the European Handball Court of Arbitration and an arbitrator for the Dispute Resolution for Riot Games Esports (EMEA). Filip also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Administrative law course at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is fluent in English, Serbian and Spanish, and has basic working knowledge of Macedonian and Russian.
